Microblading, also known as 3-D and embroidery brows, is a form of semi-permanent makeup originating in Asia over 20 years ago. This technique creates fuller, natural-looking eyebrows with a handheld blade tool making small, hair-like strokes in the brow. It's perfect for people who have over plucked and those who want to define, darken, or reshape their eyebrows. Most clients feel this process produces little or no pain and a topical numbing solution is applied to minimize discomfort.
Microblading typically takes two appointments to complete. In the first appointment, the client is profiled and the eyebrows are drawn on with a waterproof pencil, so the artist and client can agree on the look. The artist then microblades the eyebrows and the first session is complete. There is some mild scabbing and aftercare required, but your microblading should be completely healed in 30 days. The second appointment is a touch-up booked at least 30 days after the first session. This allows enough time for the ink in the epidermis to naturally slough off, and the color to settle into your skin. In the touch-up appointment, the artist can see how your skin has received the ink and make any necessary additions.
The following preparations are to ensure your skin is in the best possible condition for the microblading procedure. Please read carefully:

Sugaring is an ancient technique of hair removal that has been practiced by Middle Eastern women for centuries. Sugaring is a natural alternative to facial and body hair removal methods that is less painful, more effective, and beneficial for the skin. Using 100% natural ingredients, Sugaring can lead to permanent hair removal and leaves skin feeling smooth and hairless for days!
Sugaring is performed using a thick paste consisting only of sugar, water, and lemon juice. This paste is applied by hand and against the natural direction of hair growth. Then, with a quick flicking motion, the sugar is removed in the direction of growth, taking the entire hair AND follicle. Because the hair is removed entirely, the results are long lasting and completely change how the hair grows in. What comes back in is much softer, and thinner than before. Most will not see regrowth for one and a half to two weeks and can be sugared again in three to four weeks for best results.
To prepare for sugaring services, refrain from other hair removal services for AT LEAST 2 weeks. When the hair is long enough to grab, it should be long enough to sugar (1/4 inch). Exfoliate the area the day before and DO NOT apply oils or lotions day-of.
